The Director of Lean Six Sigma has the responsibility to deliver Process Improvement Services that will enable improved productivity for our employees and customers. They will lead the site teams and production managers in the use of data tools to elevate productivity for our equipment, operators, and plants, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction, and help secure our base of business and well as helping our sales team secure new clients.

You will be a champion for Content Critical Solutions (operational intelligence software) while supporting Operations, Sales, and Client engagements. Collaborating in the development of new technology solutions for clients. Using your knowledge, experience, and data skills you will build improved ROI.

The role is a critical enabler to ensure the safety, protection, and growth of our service revenue, focused on the 3 Service Plants.


  • Working in collaboration with our plant operators and supervisors, along with Engineering, Production, IT and Sales this position is responsible for process improvement and equipment efficiency to support our growth and profitability objectives.
  • Be the subject matter expert for production data analysis and the use of our software.
  • Report to the executive team meaningful data insight on project progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and develop capability and process improvement required to support our delivery services.
  • Work with the team to design and pilot new innovative services to help them improve their quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Leverage existing data and reporting tools to deliver value added services that enhance productivity by providing continuous improvement advice and consulting.
  • Establish and maintain employee morale and motivation by exhibiting and role modeling leadership behaviors.
  • Review, analyze and forecast data to determine business unit progress toward stated goals and objectives.
