Job Details

Receive the flight information from the customer and advise the duty manager or supervisor, keep the exception log update, and make sure that all employees sign in and out.

Plan and notify the duty manager and supervisor of all operations variances of the day as flight delays, gate changes equipment changes, short of personnel, and lack of equipment.

Consider during the additional assignment of the personnel the human factor conditions. Operate under the ISAGO standards, Airport Authority, TSA, OSHA, and CBP regulations. Follow company policies and procedures.
