CDL Driver

Description

MetroExpress Services is a New York corporation and has become the New York metropolitan area’s foremost provider of Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT) services. We provide MPT services for engineering firms, public utilities, and contractors throughout the New York metropolitan region. We are seeking experienced CDL drivers for the Roadway Maintenance and Protection of Division.

Job Responsibilities

Must be able to drive a commercial vehicle, Must be available day and night. Must to be able to lift 50 lbs. Will be required to stand as a flagman for up to 8 hours. Need to be know the NYC metropolitan area. May be required to work day as well as night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as controlling traffic and the movement of people.
• Experience controlling the movement of vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform functions of roadway striping and roadway markings including setting up cones and barrels.
• OSHA 10 or 30 will be required after you are hired.
• CDL License A or B
