Passenger Service Agent - Japan Airlines

Job Details

To provide courteous and efficient service to embarking and disembarking passengers; checking passports and visas, and issuing tickets and boarding passes as required; checking baggage for outgoing flights; boarding passengers onto aircraft for departure; resolving passenger reservation, delays and cancellation problems; ensuring that the travel experience 

·        Must speak and read English.

·        Second language proficiency.

·        Must be able to obtain permanent airside security clearance from airport authority.

·        Successful completion of customer's departure control system training.

·        Must obtain and maintain permission from the customer to access client's aircraft and property.

·        Must possess all the minimum qualifications required by the client. 

·        Passenger Services Experience.

·        Previous experience in the airline industry, customer service a plus.
