Job Details

  • Primary point of contact for clients and serves as the resource for information and problem-solving for clients as well as corporate, operations, and sales personnel.
  • Supports assigned client base by taking ownership of client requirements and all related support activities. More specifically, provides details regarding new and ongoing projects; assists with price and bid quotations; facilitates orders through our enterprise platform; ensures all paperwork is correct, comprehensive, and provided in a timely fashion to support technical, manufacturing, and quality protocols; assists with problem-resolution and receivables.
  • Adds value to the client while operating in a comprehensive team selling environment by soliciting the sale of new or additional products.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of the client base, market, client needs, and relevant technologies.
  • Effectively utilizes technology and process to drive efficiency.
  • Resolves inquiries relating to invoicing, pricing, materials, and shipments.
  • Ensures company and quality policies and procedures are followed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of related client service experience in document management, document automation, printing, and/or mailing. 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization providing courteous, timely, and accurate information.
  • Demonstrated competencies in basic math skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems involving several variables while operating in a dynamic, fluid, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical. Excellent time management and organization skills are required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents including client and internal communications, pricing data, technical info, training, and procedural manuals.
  • Demonstrated competencies in computer software (MS Office, CRM Database). Previous CRM experience is a plus.  
  • Working knowledge of document file types and applications.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new concepts, processes, and product information.
