Job Details

The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Corporate Controller and be a key member of the accounting department. This position will support the day-to-day accounting, oversee billing, month-end close and financial statement analysis, and file various state and sales related taxes. The position will help to also support accounting projects that will enhance monitoring and efficiency capabilities within several business units.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee billing for all divisions
  • Manage cash and obtain daily cash activity for balance reporting
  • Perform month-end close activities including posting and reviewing journal entries, and analysis of general ledger accounts
  • Timely reporting of financials
  • Account reconciliations including sales to the P&L and sales tax liability
  • Prepare sales tax returns
  • Reconcile 401(k) contributions
